James Macnaghten McGarel Hogg, 1st Baron Magheramorne, KCB (3 May 1823 – 27 June 1890) was a British politician, Member of Parliament, and local government leader.
==Early life==
Hogg was the son of Sir James Weir Hogg, Bt., the Administrator-General of Bengal and Chairman of the British East India Company, and was born in Calcutta.
